Quote requests
When you submit the quote form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, postcode, customer type, preferred date and any photos you attach, along with a description of the work. This is used only to respond to your enquiry and arrange the requested work — it is not shared with third parties for marketing, and is not used for any purpose beyond handling your request.
Service-area checker
The postcode or address you enter into the “Check Your Area” tool is used to determine coverage and is not stored. If you tick the optional consent box, we record only the postcode district (e.g. “SW19”, never your full postcode or address) and whether that area is covered, anonymously, to help us understand demand across our service area. No contact details are ever attached to this record.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. A single strictly necessary cookie is used to keep the internal admin area signed in; it is not used to track visitors and is not set for anyone browsing the public site.
How long we keep information
Quote request details are kept only for as long as needed to respond to and complete the enquiry. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
