Can you handle multiple jobs in one visit?
Often, yes. Because we cover a range of trades ourselves, a mixed list of small jobs — a leaking tap, a loose door, a TV to mount — can usually be handled in a single visit rather than needing a different contractor for each one.
Can I send photos before requesting a quote?
Yes — photos help us understand the job before we even arrive, and can make it possible to give an initial price from the description alone for straightforward work. You can attach photos directly to the quote form, or send them via WhatsApp.
Do you work with landlords and property professionals?

Do you provide materials?
This depends on the job — for many repairs and installations we can supply standard materials and fixings, and for larger or specified jobs we're happy to discuss what's needed when we agree the work with you.
Do some jobs require a site inspection?
Yes. Straightforward jobs can often be priced from a description and photos alone, but more complex work may need a site visit before we can confirm scope and price — we'll always tell you which applies before agreeing anything.
What happens if a job requires a specialist trade?
We keep our work within the appropriate scope for a multi-trade property maintenance service. If a job needs a specialist — for example, work requiring a qualified, certified electrician or gas engineer — we'll tell you clearly rather than take it on ourselves.
